I've been adding the new Skaven, Dark Elves, High Elves, Dwarfs sprites and banners and 3d portrait heads and maps, to be available for both single and multiplayer. So will create the campaign soon but I've also written guides on how to clone Dark Omen 2 mod as I designed it as a template, to then make your own campaign using all of its premade resources (no programming required).
Yep there's still a few active players and sometimes enough for a tournament like in October (see tournament posts that contain the vids and members stream live).
Join our Discord chat and yes it's the Mod pack Engrel.exe that contains the camera zoom and other fixes along with dgvoodoo2 code embedded to allow it to run on Win10/11. Then downloading and running dgvoodoo2 control panel allows even higher screen resolutions and graphics.
Hi, yes the latest mod pack in the help fix guide contains all the latest campaigns and my Dark Omen 2 mod, demonstrates what can be achieved in terms of new armies on new maps etc. However, it does require a new campaign to then become an official successor
Corpses disappear in old CPU to save resources. However, 3d mode leaves them on the battlefield. Similar enhancements in 3d mode, is having transparent water instead of flat 2d texture in CPU and better looking portrait heads and higher resolutions. Makes Dark Omen look better than ever before.
4:02 in the vid shows the ice shards blowing up 2 skeleton warriors but I don' see them turn blue. Have you set particle to max in the game options, as I set to medium as too many effects becomes distracting?
