Question about Magic objects

I was thinking in god only know what, and then i had the idea of make a mod, just for fun and play with ppl who is interested like flak camping, a kind of RPG battles with regiments 1/1 with big sprites and make like mount & blade pc game, or like lineage , consisting in combats of 15 soldiers vs 15 soldiers instead of 10/15 regiments , so like in a rpg game like lineage you have objects to help you in a combat, buffs and all that stuff; then in dark omen hmm well.. we have the magic potions that gives +1S and there is where i have the brillant idea of asking if it is posible to create objects that , as we have the potion, objects that give you +1 of others atributes, like +1 movent or Ws or Bs or I ,, so that is it

.. maybe you can give me a hand with this, or your entire body.
