Just to be clear I didnt quit because Flak and Ghabry were cheating/exploiting (they weren't) or anything like that.

More What I precieve as fundermental flaws with the whole conquest, and the lack of anything being done about them.  Plus the rules manage to be over complicated and still often need clarification.

it is unreasonable to believe the sides are perfectly balanced its not going to happen with dice rolling, different playstyles/abilities, and the lack of the enormous amount of testing it would require to get them in sych.  Even then there would be some inbalances as some sides relie on fear, some of fairly fear immune etc.

I don't believe we will gain anything by a post mortem, or argument especially whilst the conquest is ongoing.
