No idea how to download this game

Ok so I followed the link on the download page and did the download, on mozilla firefox on windows 7.

I ended up with this file in my download folder: DOExpanded2FIXED (which is an RAR file) - I have no idea what this means.

I try to run it and it just opens Dawn of War: Winter Assault (in properties the game is told to run using this other game??)

Any idea how to actually play Dark Omen?? Or did I somehow download the wrong file / not set it up right? Thanks.

DO Expanded is not the game. It's only a Mod.

RAR files must be extracted with WinRar or 7zip. Looks like Dawn of War registered the extension, but this makes not much sense
