I think, it could be hard to survive against a good rushing greenskin army with 10 regiments...

Yes it's hard. That's why i'm got a Knights of the realm Wink they can stop enemy army, but huh...It's really hard.

Rushing this army shouldn't be that hard.
Just block the cavalry with one regiment and the rest trys to kill the Elf Archers.
Only problem would be a Bright Mage having the Skull Spell.

some points about creation army:

in my opinion nice builded army its a 80-80% of success. its very hard to win with mass goblins or with 3 scull catapuilts + 3 zombies + mass artifacts for example (or anything else wierd).
hovewer i regulary facing with not very wise army creation.

for example once i faced with 2 wraights in 1st 3k tourney (easilly killable with 4 any other regiments). or once i meet lvl4 zombies with 3 artifacts + other stuff (why not grail3+artifacts in that case? even though it was funny zombies!) etc.


before creating any army you should answer following questions:
1) are you able to kill:
-grail
-mummies army
-other defending army with lobber
-elven archers of empire
-are you able to stay hordes of greenskins?
-can you catch vampire/pistoleters/other hit-n-run bullshit?
-do you able to kill wraights?

^^its ok if you found yourself with "no" for some answers. but i guess if you answered "no" more than 2 times than your army too extreme & special to get many wins.

2) whats is the main power (unit) of your army? it might be mortair or flagellants or maybe biguns with BoD or mayeb vamppire with Osiris - but you need to conclude your main goal and go with it for the next battle. maybe you just have big hordes for rush - try to consider which units is betetr for rush and why you need to use excatly them? (for example scorpions & spider very good in rush)

3) what artifacts are you going to use and do you really think it will help you much? for example i very doubt than you need ptolos shield in 5/15 armies at all. or placing skrabash on wights also not very good idea because they're slow and it iwlln't help you much in that case. skrabash better fits on cavalr or other fast units..

4) do you have any unbreakable units? if you dont have such, do you have enough regiments to stay after like 1/3 of your army will flee (very usual situation for greenskins or humans)?

5) how are you're going to protect you archers if you have such?


after answering al these questions you will get full oveview of your army and may construct it better i hope

for example i cant see you really can answer "yes" more than 3 answers in my messages below.

Alavet, i think not all arhers need protection. I mean skellies archers.
They cost not too expensive, so you can use them like skellies warriors, but with opportunity to fire! (Which effective against mages,goblin archers, and to kill some units before face them in HtH)
But, maybe its cleaver at all to not give enemy attack them to give them chance to action.  Smiley

Just sayed that to avoid situation, there player will defend his skellies with bow like they are arrer elves.  Cheesy
Or their innacurate catapult.
