The 19th is impossible, pretty important warhammer tournament. It's important because I dropped a lot of places because I couldn't play a couple of times.

the reason is that i thinked i lose in my group, thats why i left :s i didnt know that i had to keep playing that day... i wouldnt leave any dark omen tournament... so i ask apologise and that you let me play this tt.

and i had very good armies in the tt but with all the mess of connections problems i thougt what i told you, that i did not havce to play more in that tournament :S

or i can just lie and say that my father called me because something important :S

well, with more reason, i didnt go out cause of bad results or bad army , jesus iam a human and comited an error.. and now in 1 hour iam going to do 4 km in bike to install dark omen to a friend wich i told him about the game, and i will teach him how to play and make an account to him , and offer him to jin the tournament, and now in my home i have 2 pc, the old and new one, so i had the idea that will be 3 argentinians playing tournament, please forgive me for leaving just for thinking i didnt have to do more in that day.

After a long time away from the precious Dark Omen, I intend to make a blazing come-back.

However, the only date that would suit me in December is the 19th, as I will be going away a few days later.
And if I can play, I think I would favour DOST V5.

Hm looks like I have to improve the DOST5 article. Yes, it's hard to understand and everybody can interpret it in a different way I guess ;).

hi folks!!!, i have being practicing and i feel i am ready to participate in this tournament..
I was explained about the rules set and the one i choose is fair omen, because i feel it give us more variety at the moment to make a army: balanced cost, units sizes, and diferents levels units (we are able to have level 1,2,3 units); i choose 19 th..

Think I will introduce myself a bit first, because I never posted anything on this forum.
I am Ceyl from Germany and I play Dark Omen since I was like 10 years old, first on the Playstation and then on the Computer. Sadly I could never gather online experience, because I did not know how to use the Multiplayer tool : x. Somehow while youtubing, I found your page and I got really excited. Dark Omen Tournaments! Wonderful! I instantly downloaded Hamachi and now I am looking forward to do some games ;)

Allthough I am not really experienced with Dark Omen online, I would love to join this Tourny if there is a place left. I don't really care about the date, I will definetely be there ;)

€dit: Oh, and I like the 5000 15 Version the most :)

To all new members: Make sure that you have at least 4 hours of free time. This should be enough to play up to the finals. If you lose earlier you can save some hours ;).
So Tournament goes from 5pm to 9pm GMT+0. (German: 18-22 Uhr, also vorher Abendessen ;))

hey nitrox come on!!! this fair omen is different from the fair omen last you played.you will like it, with undead you can have good armie as with humans, and now with orc you will have 6 scorpions per regieçment, 3 trolls, and 3 spiders per regiment.

well i know why he i angry, i was present in the battle that made him get angry with the mod, it was betwen him (human) and my brother jeronimo (greenskin). the thing was in the end of battle when my brother had a goblin mage and a few big uns i believe and nitrox a haldbeiders (4 or 5men), i told my brother to atack him with the golbin mage, because it was already win battle 1goblin mage and a few biguns against a few haldbeiders, but my brother just  did the new hit and walk rule (where the mage can cast magic and walk back, but no run) and killed the haldbeiders in slow mode, so the impotence of nitrox made him explode of angry beacuse the haldbeiders didnt fight, just died slowly, i told jeronimo he was a stupid for doing that but ok , past is past.

and nitrox is 14 or 15 years? the actitude he is having to that experience is tipical of his age.

Oh and Jeronimo and Itlerion: make sure  that you have two PCs (that can run Dark Omen ^^).

Lordbraprus - i'm 15, near of 16 this is a one thing. Another thing is it, that he got Orcs Boars. Another one is this, that i dont only by this like FO. EoT.

btw lordbraprus, even if he is 14-15 it still doesnt gives you enough "mental" rights to apply this trick, cause youre'not much older than him. :)


but cmon guys lets try this FO, there always be some scumbags who will play hit n run tactic, but still FO grants access to some new intrestign tactics liek 10 ghouls or something. i pretty like how it opens up horizonts & tactics comparing to "oldschool" rulesets.

I don't get the point of this whole discussion. If he does not like the system then it is only logical that he will not play. Age does not have a thing to do with that. I bet there will be enough Tournys with different systems in the future where Nitrox will be glad to join :).

Suggestion for Flexible Systems: they are those which present Values that can be played with any Gold limit. Examples: Dotsv5, FO.

During month everyone vote System/Day.
Then, during confirmation period, players that will appear vote Gold limit.

@Admins: at the topic with my mod, there is 1 version that doesnt correspond.

I will explain how are played Eliminations of 6 players because others are widely known.
Remember that the 1st of a Group plays against the 2nd of other Group, next Duels are:
1º A – 2º B
1º B – 2º C
1º C – 2º A
This will make our Finals of 3 players. In few words, there won’t be a 4th place.
It’s resolved as a Group of 3 players. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd places are determined with Points.

The winners of (E) Stage, will pass directly to Finals. You will have 3 finalists directly. No 4th place with 3 groups start.

Thats why name Eliminations of 6 players.. the 3 TD leaves 3 finalists and 3 eliminated (those who lose Tournament Duels)

Interesting for everyone: Analize first & last battles. Same armies, same map, same opponents, same hoster (deployment zones).

There is a huge difference:
Wku had a better micro managment in this second chance, after all battles that had before.

You can see how starts attacking with elf archers from beggining (thing he forgot in 1st battle), and about wizards, both had almost similar spells (Gabriel owned in 1st battle with the Mages Duel, and Wku in last battle because of good casting position---middle map :)).

Btw last battle 4:45--- I love that little demonic laugh!
