Title: hi :) cinematics problem Post by: dan on August 07, 2008, 03:19:45 AM hi, firstly would like to thank you for the vista fix, dark omen was running and playing fine to start with. but at the point in the game after helping the dwarf through the valley i return to altdorf and the green mage (ok i'm rubbish with names :P) goes to open the book of something, i remember it should cut to a cinematic but my screen just goes black, i can't tab out the only thing i seem to be able to do is ctrl alt del and close the program - any ideas? the intro works fine it's just this second cinematics bit..
couldn't find anybody mentioning the same problem, might have just missed it though.. hope that you can help me, just rediscovered Dark Omen and was gutted i had to stop so soon ^^ Title: Re: hi :) cinematics problem Post by: dan on August 07, 2008, 04:47:52 AM i figured it out myself, just removed the cd and it didnt try and play the cinematic- thanks anyway :)
