We tend to use gameranger more than hamachi now, it seems to be easier and more reliable.

You haven't got the latest version of BP yet as its on my hard disk still ;)

We're not sure yet which mod we're using for the tournament yet, either DOE 2, my mod, or the mini tournament rule set i came up which uses modified versions of the default armies you get.  Probobly the last one for a faster paced tournament than usual, but we'll see how the voting goes.

I'll be about for a bit on gameranger if you want.

Rules

Players must use the 9 edited Default armies (Warriors of sigmar, etc), download is attached to this post.

A player gets a point if he wins a battle

Draws are not counted

Use the !Dice chat command to pick a random map

If you lose the battle, the army you played with is eliminated from all further matches regardless of opponent.

If possible a player must try not to use the same race or army twice against the same player.

You can only play up to 3 matches against another participant until you have played all opponents, at which time you may play another 3 matches, until all you armies or opponents are eliminated.

Late joinings are fine but you are unlikely to do as well as only the tougher armies will be left :) plus your armies dont win points for surviving just winning.

Please post your results in the forum including which armies won/lost in the forum so its easier to keep track of.

The patch does not include map patches, please install those if u havn't already.

The sides have been slightly balanced.

Units generally still have the same stats as orignal DO
Exceptions:
Zombies immune to fear (will fall apart if they lose h2h thou)
Black Grail Knights -10 instead of 12 units, -1wound.  Still a tough unit though

Try using room Dark-Omen4 password darkomen thats fairly empty at the moment.

Was a really funny session. I liked the idea to play with predefined armies and no special rulesets.
All my battles have been recorded. I will upload them during the next days.

It was a long, but enjoyable tourney.

Thank you all for playing, it was a fun tournament with over 50 battles played :)

All sounded like they enjoyed it, although i didnt get chance to talk/play zoko :(

I think we might have to eliminate a couple of maps, (return to axe bite pass sideways is awful), also need to find out why tutorial went awol.

Jero suggested adding some of the more powerul units but im dubious (bigger is not better in this case), I'll do a bit of a rebalance add see if i can make the sides a bit more distinct using the feedback I got, as always suggestions welcome.

Guys, the link to the Ruleset is broken.

Of course it is :D becouse it was about to choose one of  three diffrent rulesets. Black Phrophercy, Dark Omen Expanded2 or Mini Tournament.

Btw, Darkmancer, nice changes to the army lists.
Where can I download it from?
