Although Darkmancer has an updated version that is currently being Beta tested (please join us fine tuning it in GameRanger), to hopefully use for this Saturday's Tournament (5pm GMT 0).

I produced BP when we were going thou a period of investigating how the Dark Omen engine work, my idea was to have sets of unique troops whichs showed what types of effects you could achieve eg a tough 8 creature, - could only be damaged by troops with str 4, etc.  

There was a few problems with it as dark omen tends to break down with laggy connections when theres lots of stuff going on, i've since simplified it so hopefully we can have some decent battles with the argentines.

Ill Omens is an army builder i built as the bugs in the dark omen builder were pissing me off.

Black Prophecy - features

Artilery where the operater seperates from the machine once it dies
15 unit Greenskin side
Set magic spells
Magic Generating Undead
No beam spells
no item choice - abilities are unique to the regiments bought
New unit sprites - plus the use of existing ones not use in multiplayer 9chariot/dread king)

The Sides

Undead
-Generate Magic using towers
-Raise multiple regiments during combat
-Uses swarms of low quality troops, highly specilised mid level and high powered super units

Grenskin
-15 Squad Side which auto deploys
-Large numbers of fast expendable troops, will frequently break and rally
-Fists of Gork!

-High Quality low level Troops
-Excellent selection of ranged weapons
-Powerful Knights
-Elven Mage

I downloaded new version of BP but I haven't play this mod yet. Can someone play with me some games to see how units works and whats important when playing BP ? I'd be greatfull If there is anybody then I'd totaly join the tournament.

I've just uploaded version 5.71 which contains map patch3, and the april tournament map patch, along with some minor cost changes.

Sorry to those who downloaded 5.7 i'm wont change version again till after the tournament unless theres a major problem.
