Being the not adventurous (and stupid) type, I've given up on trying to play the new version as my computer seems to dislike it when I open up the downloaded game. I was wondering if any thought has been projected toward marketing the new version as a game you can buy?

Bad idea.
The game is copyrighted by EA and Games Workshop (Warhammer stuff).
So I guess they won't be very happy when a copyright violation is sold.
