hi everybody  i downloaded and see a lot of points so,where can i see responsible for what each of

General - base armor \ bonus armour,mounted on and other?
Leader\Unit - responsible for what each of here like - weapon skill,balistic skill,streight,toughness,leadership and other?
Attributes - and same question here

Plus where can i read what army is strong vs anouther ,for example in singleplayer i seen that any cavalary is effective vs archers,so Countess' Guard is effective vs who?

and what a difference what type of weapon wearing a unit,i mean poleram or flail are effective vs what types of units?
