All sorted now, i had to use wh32edit in the end and change the units alignment to 'good' from 'evil' to get it to work. Havent a clue how i did it the first time round, i never had access to this software! 

Its all good practice for multiplayer as the game doesnt have a 'skirmish' mode and you cant play the other races.

I managed to get this to work back in the day but am unable to it now. From what i remember all i did was 'generate' an army in the multiplayer mode using the units from the purchase I then took the saved .arm file from the 2PARM folder and pasted it into the 1PARM folder changing the name to PLYR_ALL.arm.

I played the entire campaign through with elf guards, elf archers and treemen ().

Anyway it doesnt seem to work anymore...what am i doing wrong? any suggestions?

All sorted now, many thanks everyone for your help! Slowly getting back into the swing of the game, a tad rusty but hopefully wont take too long  !

Me too is there a known fix for this? its extremely annoying!

Hello all. I appear to be in the same boat here 

Just managed to locate my DO cd only to find its perished and unreadable so ive 'located' a copy that works fine but the speech and music files are missing. Is there any chance one of you kind people can PM me with the relevant folders please?
