thanks for the answer, antivirus and firewall are off. Could it be a file ISO problem?

Hi, I carefully followed all instructions and the game works. However it crashes too often: while playing, suddenly the screen freezes and the audio goes on for 5 seconds, then it crashes and close the game.
please help me Smiley
