Hey all! Just getting back into this to play the campaign again, but after setting everything up (had a hell of of time getting it to show properly on my 34 inch ultrawide), I can't seem to tab out the game without it freezing and crashing. Whether it's in normal or window mode... suggestions? I tried finding the answer on the forum, but no luck. I might have missed it.

Thanks Smiley

Very well done and can remember your wizard only entire campaign from years ago. I shall enjoy watching this one all the way through. Thanks

(Try dgvoodoo2 control panel to make the game look even better if you aren't already,  as I noticed the dgvoodoo2 watermark which is on by default but can switched off via the control panel, see the help fix guide)

Haha, thanks!
For dgvoodoo2, no matter what I've tried it always runs at 640x480, gave up on it after some time. I'm just glad it works at all in Windows 10

Forum member wendigo asked me the following ->

I would like to have this track here, added to the existing cycled battle music, so there is a chance it will be played once you hit the deploy button and game starts.:

1: https://soundcloud.com/marktdkknight/dark-omen-chase?in=marktdkknight/sets/warhammer-dark-omen-ost-1998

I would like to have these tracks here added, during the part where you put your troops and organise placements of them. Before you click on deploy button and game starts.

1: https://soundcloud.com/marktdkknight/dark-omen-eerie-1?in=marktdkknight/sets/warhammer-dark-omen-ost-1998

2: https://soundcloud.com/marktdkknight/dark-omen-eerie-2?in=marktdkknight/sets/warhammer-dark-omen-ost-1998

3: https://soundcloud.com/marktdkknight/dark-omen-eerie-3?in=marktdkknight/sets/warhammer-dark-omen-ost-1998

Therefore, following my audio guide above, I converted these music files

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L9NjsK0dK-s

However, this replaces original music tracks, so perhaps x slots for vocals and music could be created like Cuthalion mentioned.

I've also have been converting Morgan's voice for AI cloning, as would be great to use new custom vocals in new mod campaigns.

Nice and the help guide mentions pcem but will stick with Win10 and dgvoodoo2 as plays in high resolution and always smooth as butter, as you say. Smiley

I emulated an old machine with PCemu and put a 3DFX Banshee on it and i've never seen it look so good. The face animations especially seem much more smoother than direct X.

Worth emulating and trying it out.

Good question, I never had a voodoo card to compare against my Guillemot Cougar Riva TNT2 and probably was better but stick with Direct X as you are wanting to play other old games.

My other old cards for Win98 were NVIDIA Geforce2 MX 64mb, Geforce4 Ti 4600.
