Warhammer Dark Omen Forum

I have the PS version and beat it several times. I bought the PC version on amazon since it's far superior on PC and I want to get the full experience. I installed it with the disk and can't find the setup.exe and don't know how to install  the dll3 or whatever it is. Only the vista and windows XP is explained. Little help please. Thanks

right click on the CD to open its contents for setup.exe

1) Install Dark Omen-Full Installation and right click on setup.exe to Run As Administrator for Vista/Win7/8

2) For Vista/Win7/8 Download d3drm.dll and Copy this file to "DarkOmen-Directory\PRG_ENG".

Usually you will find your Dark Omen directory in C:\Program Files (x86)\Dark Omen so open that folder and paste the downloaded d3drm.dll into the PRG_ENG folder.

Download and install the Intro crash fix

Hello, and thank you so much. I got it working and played through the first mission so far without any major problems. The sound is a little staticy at times and the mouse icon is white, but it'll work for now:)
