I managed to get this to work back in the day but am unable to it now. From what i remember all i did was 'generate' an army in the multiplayer mode using the units from the purchase I then took the saved .arm file from the 2PARM folder and pasted it into the 1PARM folder changing the name to PLYR_ALL.arm.

I played the entire campaign through with elf guards, elf archers and treemen (Tongue).

Anyway it doesnt seem to work anymore...what am i doing wrong? any suggestions?

Hello

you could use wh32edit for editing your singleplayer army or search our download section, perhaps doc111 have something like that included.

You have to give your units the correct "unique unit ID" (and set all units except the the first 4 to Status inactive) with Wh32edit.

All sorted now, i had to use wh32edit in the end and change the units alignment to 'good' from 'evil' to get it to work. Havent a clue how i did it the first time round, i never had access to this software!  Tongue

Its all good practice for multiplayer as the game doesnt have a 'skirmish' mode and you cant play the other races.

Thanks for all your help!
