problem Map Dark Omen ---> Vista

I have just re-taken out Dark Omen I managed to make him walked but there is a problem: when I cheek I do not see the ground map. There are indeed the troops and all which is in movement but not the ground.

How can it be done? I know having to look on internet that there is a means to resolve this problem.

I thus have the original CD and not to see the black screen I have of to put strength MMX.

please follow guide and ...

1) Uninstall Dark Omen
2) Delete C:\Program Files\Dark Omen  folder
3) Reboot
4) Install Dark Omen
5) For Vista Download d3drm.dll and Copy this file to "DarkOmen-Directory\PRG_ENG".

6) Download  The Crash Intro Fix

7) Start Dark Omen and go Straight into Options
In Options set Graphics to CPU and not 3d Mode (Flickers screen) and
9) In Options set NO to Coloured Cursors

Now try and play the Campaign and Test Mission1 Map.

Any further problems you could try a no CD Patch (google it) and try the Dark Omen TroubleSHooter
found in DarkOmen-Directory in Program Files. TShoot and select no patch and run it.

And you have to start Dark Omen as Administrator (right click on engrel.exe -> Run as Administrator) because of the User Account Control which redirects all registry and file read/writes to another folder (and my crashfix doesn't import in this folder only in the original one).
Have to fix this :/

Note: the trouble shooter (tshoot.exe) needs also admin rights or it will also write in the "Virtual Store" registry folder
