Hi

i still have some troubles with my vista installation but this time, it is for multiplayer
game (LAN for now, internet later).
I have 3 PC, 2 with XP, 1 with Vista.

1) I have no problem between the 2 XP, both of them can be host or guest.
But for an unknown reason, vista can only be guest.

2) I installed the mappatch in order to be able to play in multiplayer with all maps of the singleplayer game.
As before, no problems with the 2 XP installation.
But very strangely, when i click on CREATE in the vista installation, the game
doesn't see the new maps (however well loaded in the 1PBAT files of the vista installation of DO).
And as a consequence, even as guest, the vista PC can not play with the XP PC
except if i choose a vanilla map with the host (XP PC).

If you have an idea about this strange behaviour?

Vista is probobly a firewall issue.  Temp disable any installed firewall and the firewall include with windows and see if that solves it.

You must not have installed map patch correctly reinstall making sure it overwrites the previous version.

Thanks, i have solved one of the trouble.
I haven't made a maximal installation on my XP PC.

But my Vista PC remains as guest and doesn't work as host.
