Hi and welcome, the help fix guide mentions trying the registry keys in the mod pack, also download dgvoodoo2.

Perhaps it's will be better to delete all and try to follow the youtube tutorial ? enven if me english is not perfect ?

Yes, you are not using the mod pack EngRel.exe in the 5 steps of the guide.
