is it possible to change fanatics to spiders? then we can make some fun new units of spiders crowds with spiderlings

Yes the Fanatics are hardcoded in the engrel.exe at address 0x000EA0B9.
Extract the 188 Byte Regiment Definition and paste it in a normal ARM File and edit it with your favourite army editor Smiley.

weill i just imagined making a ssmaller sprite and reemplace fanatic xprite Tongue or other usless sprite, so you can have fanatic and little spiders Tongue
